Pricing is based on the number of licensed residential homes managed under your agency. One account can include multiple homes under a single provider entity.
What counts as a “home”?
A home is a single licensed residential address. Each licensed address counts as one home under your plan.
Do you charge per bed or per user?
No. We do not charge per bed or per staff user. All plans include unlimited staff access.
Can I add or remove homes later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time as your number of homes changes.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment.
